These should probably be "charsets" and "languages". There
many groups that use in fact multiple charsets and especially
languages. But this on the other hand means that this cannot
be used to determine the "charset" of the news body or the
headers. But maybe you didn't intend it for this purpose in
the first place.

Also, I guess there already must be something like an
attribute to distingushe moderated and non-moderated
groups.
