[NNTP-extensions] Can we limit posting to real list members ?

It appears the list has risen from the dead. I had seen no traffic
for quite a while and then very recently traffic began appearing.
The traffic I have been seeing the mos of is spam. Can we please
limit postings to only list members ? And before someone says
"You can't do that by directive of the IETF"... You can do that
as long as non approved postings go to a mailbox of a human who
approves valid posting. I have gotten permission to do that here
for the Usefor list and spam has not been a problem for the list
since I filter it out. If someone posts a valid working group
message to the list that is not a member of the list, I promptly
appove the message. Spam is promptly deleted and the list is not
bothered with it. Can we plese do that for this list ?
